YOUR THERAPIST

YOUR THERAPIST: LARYSA ZARUBENKO

ABOUT ME

I am a psychotherapist specialising in trauma, relationships and codependent patterns. I support adults, parents and families who want to understand themselves better, heal emotional wounds, and build more stable, healthy and meaningful relationships.

I work using Gestalt therapy and Brainspotting, with a trauma-informed approach that recognises the connection between emotional experiences, the body and psychosomatic symptoms.

My work is grounded in deep respect for each person’s life story. I offer a warm, supportive and safe space where change can happen at your own pace.

I am Ukrainian and have been living in London since 2022.

EXPERIENCE

I began my private practice as a psychotherapist in 2019. I have particular experience supporting people through crisis, major life transitions, relationship difficulties and ongoing stress, as well as the long-term effects of trauma related to war, displacement, work, identity and finding one’s place in life.

My experience allows me to work sensitively with complex emotional and psychosomatic difficulties.

YOUR SESSION

YOUR SESSION

Before the first session, there is an option of a free 15-minute introductory call. This call allows us to briefly discuss your concerns, clarify practical details and see whether working together feels right for you. It is also a chance to ask any organisational or initial questions before starting therapy.

Each therapy session lasts 50 minutes and can take place online or in person (in London). Sessions are held in a calm, confidential space where you can speak openly and at your own pace. You do not need to prepare anything in advance. We begin with what feels most important for you in that moment.

CONTACT

If you would like to book a session or ask a question, you are welcome to get in touch through this contact form or by email.

I will respond as soon as possible to discuss next steps or arrange an introductory call.
